Capture
Capture in the room
AGIMINION records the visit in the exam room. The audio and transcript stay on the appliance on the clinic network, with no internet connection needed to transcribe.
EHR integration
AGIMAN runs on an appliance inside the clinic network. It captures the visit, drafts the note in the clinician's style, suggests ICD and CPT codes, and sends the signed chart and codes back to Azalea Health after the clinician reviews and signs off.

The connection
What Azalea Health is
Azalea Health is a cloud-based electronic health record with practice management, revenue cycle, and built-in telehealth. It is built for rural health clinics, community-based ambulatory practices, federally qualified health centers, and small or critical access hospitals that run lean IT. Azalea exposes a developer program through its API Marketplace and Developer Portal, with a sandbox and SMART on FHIR access.
Who runs it
Rural health clinics, community health centers, and small hospitals
The access path
AGIMAN maps the reviewed note and the approved ICD and CPT codes to the Azalea Health fields the practice authorizes, over SMART on FHIR with OAuth 2.0 against the clinic's own Azalea instance. We test the export against Azalea's sandbox first, then scope the live path to your tenant and confirm each field mapping with your staff before go-live. Room audio, transcripts, and drafts stay on the appliance on the practice network. Only the chart the clinician signs leaves the appliance, and only through the access path the practice approves.
The Azalea Health export path is built on SMART on FHIR and is scoped and tested against your own Azalea instance before it is turned on at go-live.
The workflow
Capture
AGIMINION records the visit in the exam room. The audio and transcript stay on the appliance on the clinic network, with no internet connection needed to transcribe.
Draft
AGIMAN drafts the chart note in the clinician's style and suggests ICD and CPT codes for the encounter. It also prepares referral letters, intake forms, and the follow-up task.
Review and sign
The clinician edits the note, confirms or changes the codes, and signs. Nothing reaches Azalea Health until a human approves it.
Sync
AGIMAN maps the signed note and approved codes to the patient encounter in Azalea Health over SMART on FHIR, writing only to the fields your practice authorized.
After sign-off
The note the clinician signed, mapped to the matching encounter in Azalea Health so it lands on the right patient and date of service.
The ICD and CPT codes the clinician approved, attached to the encounter so the Azalea practice management and billing side can work the claim.
Referral letters, patient handouts, and intake or visit forms, prepared as drafts and saved to the chart for the clinician to confirm and send.
On your network
Questions
On the AGIMAN appliance on your clinic network. Room audio, transcripts, and drafts never leave the appliance to be transcribed or drafted. Only the chart the clinician signs is exported to Azalea Health, over the path you approve.

No. The clinician reviews the note and confirms the codes, then signs. AGIMAN only syncs after that sign-off, and only to the fields your practice authorized. AGIMAN is HIPAA compliant and a BAA is available.
