Capture
Record the visit in the room
AGIMINION captures the encounter audio in the resident's room. The audio, transcript, and drafts stay on the AGIMAN appliance on the facility network, with no internet connection needed to transcribe.
Post-acute EHR integration
In a skilled nursing or senior living facility, AGIMAN captures the visit, drafts the note in the clinician's style, and suggests ICD and CPT codes. The clinician reviews and signs, then the chart and codes map to PointClickCare.

The connection
What PointClickCare is
PointClickCare is the cloud EHR most skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities run for resident charts, MDS, eMAR, and billing. It is built for long-term and post-acute care, and most of the largest skilled nursing and senior living providers in North America run it. The company is based in Mississauga, Ontario, and runs the PointClickCare Marketplace and the Amplify developer program for third-party access.

The access path
AGIMAN connects to your PointClickCare instance through the Amplify USCDI Connector FHIR R4 API, using SMART on FHIR app registration and OAuth 2.0 for authorization. We register the app, test against the shared PointClickCare FHIR sandbox, and map reviewed chart text and codes to the fields the API and your facility enablement approve. Production access is enabled by the customer, facility by facility, so the export path is scoped and tested against your own instance before it is turned on. The clinician reviews and signs every note before anything reaches the resident chart.
The PointClickCare export path is scoped and tested against your facility's own instance before go-live, and production access is enabled by your team, facility by facility.
The workflow
Capture
AGIMINION captures the encounter audio in the resident's room. The audio, transcript, and drafts stay on the AGIMAN appliance on the facility network, with no internet connection needed to transcribe.
Draft
AGIMAN drafts the progress note in the clinician's style and suggests ICD and CPT codes for the encounter. It can also prepare a referral letter, an intake form, or a follow-up task for the resident.
Review
The clinician reads the draft, edits anything that is off, and signs. Nothing maps to PointClickCare until a human has approved the note and the codes.
Sync
The signed note and approved codes map to the resident chart in your PointClickCare instance over the USCDI Connector FHIR R4 API, through the facility enablement your team turned on. Every export is written to the AGIMAN review log.
After sign-off
The reviewed and signed progress note maps to the resident's chart in PointClickCare through the access path your facility approved. The clinician signs before it leaves AGIMAN.
AGIMAN suggests ICD and CPT codes for the visit and attaches the approved codes to the note. The clinician confirms the codes during review, before they sync.
AGIMAN drafts referral letters, patient handouts, and intake or visit forms for the encounter. A human confirms or sends each one, and approved documents can be saved alongside the chart.

Questions
On the AGIMAN appliance on your facility network. Room audio, transcripts, and note drafts stay local, and no internet connection is needed to transcribe or draft. Exports use the access path your facility approves, and a BAA is available.

No. The clinician reviews and signs every note and confirms the codes first. AGIMAN only maps the approved note and codes after sign-off, and each export is recorded in the review log.
