Capture
The visit stays on the appliance
AGIMINION captures the room audio and AGIMAN transcribes and drafts on the appliance inside the practice network. iCloud is never in the path for clinical capture.
Files integration
For practices that run on Apple devices, AGIMAN saves the documents a clinician approves to an iCloud Drive folder and places follow-up holds on an iCloud calendar. This is file and calendar handoff, not a chart sync.
The connection
What iCloud is
iCloud is Apple's consumer file storage and sync service, built into Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Some practices keep documents in iCloud Drive and run calendars and mail through an iCloud account. There is no clinical iCloud API, so any handoff uses Apple's open standards: CalDAV for calendar, IMAP and SMTP for mail, and iCloud Drive for files.
Who runs it
Apple-first independent and small group practices
The access path
AGIMAN connects to iCloud through Apple's open standards, not a clinical API. It writes approved documents to a designated iCloud Drive folder and places follow-up holds through CalDAV, using an account the practice controls and an app-specific password. The first path is scoped to the exact folder and calendar you name, then tested against your own iCloud account before it is turned on. Nothing reaches iCloud until the clinician confirms the document or hold.
The iCloud Drive folder and CalDAV calendar path is scoped to the account and folder you name and tested against your own iCloud account before go-live.
The workflow
Capture
AGIMINION captures the room audio and AGIMAN transcribes and drafts on the appliance inside the practice network. iCloud is never in the path for clinical capture.
Draft
AGIMAN drafts the referral letter, patient handout, or intake form tied to the visit, in the clinician's style. The chart note and codes are handled by your EHR path, not iCloud.
Review and sign
The clinician reviews every document and any follow-up hold before it leaves draft. Nothing is saved or scheduled on a guess.
Save to iCloud
AGIMAN writes the approved document to the named iCloud Drive folder and places the follow-up hold on the iCloud calendar through CalDAV, for a person to confirm or send.
After sign-off
The referral letter, handout, or intake form a clinician signed off is written to the iCloud Drive folder the practice names. AGIMAN does not move or read other files in that folder.
The follow-up time from the visit becomes a hold on an iCloud calendar through CalDAV. A staff member confirms the time before it is booked.
A referral or patient letter is drafted and saved for the clinician to review and send. AGIMAN does not email patients or referral targets on its own.
On your network
Questions
No. Room audio, transcripts, and chart drafts stay on the appliance inside the practice network. Only the finished documents a clinician approves, and follow-up holds, are written to the iCloud folder and calendar you choose.
Through Apple's open standards. CalDAV for the calendar and iCloud Drive for files, using a practice-controlled account and an app-specific password. It is file and calendar handoff, not a deep EHR-style integration, and the chart note and codes go through your EHR path instead.
No. AGIMAN drafts the document and proposes the follow-up hold, then a clinician or staff member confirms it. Patient letters and referral letters are saved as drafts for a person to send, never sent automatically.
