Capture
AGIMINION records the room
The AGIMINION device captures the visit audio in the exam room. The appliance on your network transcribes it locally, with no internet connection needed.
Mail and calendar integration
After the clinician signs the note, AGIMAN turns the plan into a draft calendar hold and a referral or patient letter in your practice Microsoft 365 account. Staff review and send. AGIMAN does not file anything to the chart on this connection.
The connection
What Microsoft Outlook is
Microsoft Outlook is the mail and calendar client in Microsoft 365, run by Microsoft. Practices use it for staff email, scheduling holds, and shared room and provider calendars, usually managed by the office's own Microsoft 365 tenant administrator. It is an office system, not a clinical record.
Who runs it
Independent and small group practices on Microsoft 365
The access path
AGIMAN connects through the Microsoft Graph API using OAuth 2.0. Your Microsoft 365 administrator registers AGIMAN as an app in Entra ID and consents to delegated mail and calendar scopes, so AGIMAN drafts only as the staff account it is given, and only in your tenant. This is a non-clinical connection. It writes draft calendar events and draft mail, never the chart. The export path is scoped and tested against your own Microsoft 365 tenant before it is turned on.
This is a non-clinical office connection through Microsoft Graph, and the export path is scoped and tested against your own Microsoft 365 tenant before go-live.
The workflow
Capture
The AGIMINION device captures the visit audio in the exam room. The appliance on your network transcribes it locally, with no internet connection needed.
Draft
AGIMAN drafts the chart note, suggests ICD and CPT codes, and prepares the follow-up plan, including any referral letter or scheduling hold the visit calls for.
Review and sign
The clinician reviews and signs the note. Staff read the drafted calendar hold and any letter before either one moves, since nothing sends on its own.
Sync
AGIMAN writes the follow-up as a draft event on the provider or room calendar and the referral or patient letter as a draft message in Outlook through Microsoft Graph. A staff member confirms the hold and sends the mail.
After sign-off
AGIMAN writes the follow-up visit or task as a draft event on the right provider or room calendar in Outlook. Staff confirm the time and the patient before it stands.
AGIMAN prepares the referral letter or patient handout as a draft message in Outlook, addressed and attached. A staff member reads it and presses send.
AGIMAN can save the approved intake form, handout, or letter to the Microsoft 365 location your office approves, so staff can attach or reference it later.
On your network
Questions
No. Outlook is mail and calendar only. On this connection AGIMAN drafts follow-up calendar holds and referral or patient letters. The signed chart note and codes go to your EHR through that EHR's own connection, not through Microsoft 365.
On the AGIMAN appliance on your practice network. Audio, transcripts, and drafts stay local. Only the finished calendar hold or letter draft is written to your Microsoft 365 tenant when AGIMAN exports it.
No. Every calendar hold and every letter lands as a draft. A staff member reviews it and confirms or sends. AGIMAN does not send mail or finalize an appointment on its own.
